Remit Monitor the external property crime environment, - particularly watching for signs of deteriorating experience in any sector. Identify research & report on current & emerging crime trends & new security solutions. Develop, publish and maintain best practice guidelines in relation to crime prevention systems and techniques. Act as the focal point for property crime technical issues on behalf of the UK insurance industry. Respond to technical inquiries from within and beyond the insurance industry. Represent insurers’ interests in various external forums.
