In order to access the RISCAuthority web site, one of the following browsers is required:

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.01 with Service Pack 2
• Internet Explorer 5.5 with Service Pack 2
• Internet Explorer 6
• Netscape Navigator 6.2 or later
• Mozilla 1.4 or later

The RISCAuthority web site does work with privacy settings on high. However, Javascript needs to be enabled for the site to function correctly.

Q2 How do I register for access to the member Company Area?
If you are an employee of a Member Company, go to the Member company area and underneath the log in box is somewhere to click to register. There is then a short form to fill in. This is sent to the RISCAuthority Administrator, and after validation, you will be sent a username and password. 

Q3 Why do I need my own log in?
It is important that each employee has their own log on details as individuals are able to tailor the site to their own specific interests by setting email alerts etc. Also, the messageboard facilities etc require individuals to log on in order to monitor usage of the site.

Q4  Is there a limit to the number of users from each Member Company?
A Company membership subscription allows any of their employees to register to receive their own password for the site. There is no limit at all on the number of registered users.

Q5 How do I register interest from a new company?
Go to 'Membership' and complete the form. The RISCAuthority Administrator will then contact you to discuss your interest.

Q6 Who is eligable for RISCAuthority membership?
RISCAuthority membership is restricted to Insurance Companies.
